Fulacht Fiadh

In pasture. Roughly rectangular mound of burnt material (38.5m E-W; 22m N-S; H 0.7m). Possible openings to S and NW. Probably one of 19 fulachta fiadh (see 10318) recorded in townland by Bowman (1934, 493). The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.
