What is recorded here
Situated in a low-lying landscape on the N side of a drain and c. 30m W of the S end of Corstown Lough Great. This was described in 1968 as an oval mound (dims 8m x 4m; H 1m) but it had been removed by 1984, although its precise location is not known.
The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Meath' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1987). In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
