Fulacht fia in Mangerton

In rough hill pasture, on the SE bank of a stream, on the SE-facing slope of Mangerton Mountain. A horseshoe-shaped mound (5.5m E-W; 2.6m N-S; H 0.6m) of burnt material with the opening (c. 1.4m E-W) facing N. The NE arm of the mound is eroded by the stream. A relict field boundary (KE085-002002-) skirts the E arc. Another fulacht fia (KE085-002004-) is 130m to the E.
