What is recorded here

In rough hill pasture, on the SW-facing slope of Mangerton Mountain, overlooking the valley of the Owbaun River to the W. A horseshoe-shaped mound (10m N-S; 8.5m E-W; H 1.6m) of burnt material. The opening (c. 2.7m N-S) faces E, towards a marshy area. The mound is denuded at the NW along the line of a sheep track. Another fulacht fia (KE084-074----) lies c. 40m to the WNW.
