Fulacht fia in Knoxspark is a fulacht fia in Knoxspark, County Sligo, Ireland. A kidney-shaped mound of heat-shattered stones in charcoal-enriched soil measures 13.2 metres east-west, 10.4 metres north-south and 0.54 metres high, with an indent on its south side. A rescue excavation in 2000, carried out because the site was proposed as a landfill, revealed wooden planks and posts likely forming the base of a trough under the south side of the mound, and a discontinuous ring of thirty wooden stakes about 0.3 metres apart that enclosed the mound in a circle 15 metres across.

Described as a kidney-shaped mound (13.2m E-W; 10.4m N-S; H 0.54m) of heat-shattered stones in a charcoal-enriched soil, indented on its S side (McConway 2000, 280). A rescue excavation was carried out in 2000 (Deevy 2001, 304) as the fulacht fia was in an area proposed as a landfill site. Excavation revealed a series of wooden planks and posts likely to represent the remains of the base of a trough under the S side of the mound and a discontinuous ring of thirty wooden stakes, c. 0.3m apart, which formed an enclosure (diam. 15m) around the mound (ibid.).
