Fulacht fia in Fearagh

Reference to a fulacht fiadh here (Candon 1987, 23). No visible surface remains. According to local information, it was levelled c. 1955. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Laois' (Dublin Stationery Office, 1995) compiled by P. David Sweetman, Olive Alcock and Bernie Moran.
