Fulacht fia in Cartron (roscommon By., Tulsk Ed) is a fulacht fia in Cartron (roscommon By., Tulsk Ed), County Roscommon, Ireland. It occupies the head of a slight northwest-southeast valley where a stream flows just northeast. A subcircular grass-covered mound rises thirty to sixty centimetres above the ground, measuring fourteen metres east-west and ten and a half metres north-south. A rectangular hollow cuts the southern perimeter, while a standing stone and another fulacht fia lie forty and fifty metres away respectively.
At the head of a slight NW-SE valley with a stream just to the NE. Subcircular grass-covered mound (dims 14m E-W; 10.5m N-S; H 0.3-0.6m) with a rectangular hollow (dims 3.7m E-W; 2m N-S) on the perimeter at S. Standing stone (RO028-225----) is c. 40m to the NW and fulacht fia (RO028-226----) is c. 50m to the N. Compiled by: Michael Moore Date of upload: 24 August 2010
