In tillage, beside well (now filled in). Shown on 1935 OS 6-inch map as semicircular mound. According to local information, large mound (H c. 2m) was levelled c. 1980. Spread of burnt material (30m x 26m) visible. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.
