Situated on S side of stream on partially reclaimed grassland. Lackeen Castle (TN004-022001-) 290m to NW and Site of Piperstown Village (TN004-022004-) and Gortapheepra Deer Park 40m to SW. Horseshoe shaped mound of burnt material with open terminals facing S towards the stream, slight evidence of an external ditch at base of mound on N side.
