Kiltennell and Ballinvally both claim the circular granite font, yet measurement and memory still tangle around the two names. In Kiltennell the wide chancel window lights the stones at the east end, while in Ballinvally the font stands near the west wall beside the door. The stone is smooth, round and unmarked in both places, but the room around it changes the meaning of the water.
Circular granite font, with vertical sides and drainage hole (diam. 0.5m; D 0.16m; D of drainage home 0.06m) situated in W end of church (CW022-017001-).
