Visible on aerial photograph (CUCAP: BDV 33) and situated on a broad hill with rock outcrop which slopes down to the W and S. An area of about 25 acres (c. 10 ha) which contains the cashels (RO035-092001; RO035-092002-) has the fragmentary remains of field walls which do not form a recognisable system.
