What is recorded here
Detached four-bay single-storey farm cottage, c.1810, with projecting flat-roofed porch. Roughcast rendered walls with uPVC casement windows. Pitched slate roof with gable copings and two rendered chimney stacks. Single-storey rubble stone barns with corrugated iron roofs opposite, and other sheds and barns surrounding.
Situated in a rarely used section of old road, this small farm is remarkably unchanged. A valuable reminder of former farming practises and still in use today, forming a good group with the farm to the north.
