Fairy fort and ringfort in Knocknamohalagh, County Cork, Ireland. A collapsed stone wall, ninety centimetres high, still marks a roughly circular space twenty-two by twenty-four metres across. The interior rises on the east side to balance the slope, proving someone shaped the land rather than surrendering it to gravity. That much is clear. Whether humans lived there or fairies danced there is the part the stones refuse to answer.

In pasture, on break in E-facing slope. Roughly circular area (22m N-S; 24m E-W) enclosed by collapsed stone wall (H 0.9m). Interior raised on E side to compensate for hillslope.
