Fairy fort / stone ringfort in Cloghnashade,tibarney is a fairy fort or stone ringfort in Cloghnashade,tibarney, County Roscommon, Ireland. It occupies the bottom of a west-facing slope as a subcircular area measuring 29.2 metres northeast-southwest and 26 metres northwest-southeast. A grass-covered earth and stone spread, 1.7 to 3.8 metres wide, defines the perimeter with intermittently visible facing-stones. A northeast-southwest field wall and townland boundary cut the southeast perimeter, while scrub covers the southeast ground and quarrying marks the northeast area.

At the bottom of a W-facing slope. Subcircular area (int. dims 29.2m NE-SW; 26m NW-SE) defined by the remains of a grass-covered earth and stone spread (Wth 1.7-3.8m; int. H 0.3-0.7m; ext. H 0.2-0.4m) with intermittently visible facing-stones. It is cut by a NE-SW field wall and townland boundary towards the perimeter at SE. It is scrub-covered SE of this feature in Cloghnashade and grass-covered but quarried to the NE. There is no identifiable original entrance. Compiled by: Michael Moore Date of upload: 24 August 2010
