Fairy fort / stone ringfort in Cashelmeehan is a fairy fort or stone ringfort in Cashelmeehan, County Roscommon, Ireland. The subcircular grass-covered area measured about 30 by 25 metres and sat within a field system on flat karst land. A grass-covered stone spread one point two metres wide and zero point two metres high defined the boundary, but no original entrance remained identifiable. Two grass-covered house foundations lay to the northwest, and the fort disappeared from that place after 1996.
Visible on aerial photographs (CUCAP: BDV 24-28), and situated on a flat karst landscape. Thisi s a subcircular grass-covered area (dims c. 30m x c. 25m) defined by a grass-covered stone spread (Wth 1.2m; H 0.2m). There is no identifiable original entrance. It is within field system (RO034-043003-). To the NW there are the grass-covered foundations of two houses (RO035-043002-; RO035-043004-) (int. dims 2m x 2m; 9.6m x 6m). It has been removed since 1996 (Bing c. 2013).
