Situated the base of the N facing slope of steep hill in grassland. Depicted on the 1837 OS Fair Plan map as a circular-shaped enclosure and annotated as a ‘fort’. Ringfort possible (WM012-018---) 90m to N. This site has been levelled, visible at the time of the ASI site visit in 1972 as a recently spread area of earth and stone.
