Situated on a low natural rise of ground with good views to N, E and SE. No surface remains visible. Depicted as a small circular enclosure on 1837 ed. OS 6-inch map and annotated as 'Fort' on the 1837 OS Fair Plan map. Not depicted on revised editions of the OS 6-inch maps. Site probably levelled between 1837 and 1912 edition of the OS 6-inch maps.
