Situated in a modern forestry plantation, on a natural rise of ground with good views in all directions now obscured by trees. A sub-circular area (approx. diam. 17m NE-SW) defined by a slight earth and stone bank mainly reduced to a scarp and traces of an external fosse visible at NE, S and W only with possible entrance gap (Wth 1m) at NE.
