Situated on a low rise of ground in slightly undulating countryside. A raised circular area (diam. 27m N-S) enclosed by an earth and stone bank (Wth 1.5-2m; int. H 0.2m; ext. H 1-5-2m) and an outer fosse (Wth 5m; D 0.3m) with a causewayed entrance (Wth 5m) at E. Evidence of wall-footings protrude from the top of the bank at S. A field fence intersectshe fosse and bank at N on an E-W axis.
