Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Tamlat (cremorne By) stands on a north-facing rise in County Monaghan, Ireland. Its grass-covered circle measures about 37.5m east-west and 36m north-south, with an earthen bank still standing where the lane has not taken it. A farm road now crosses the eastern and southern edge, turning ancient defence into everyday passage. The place still feels like a threshold between human history and the stories people tell about what lives in forgotten earth.

Located on a rise on a N-facing slope. This is a raised circular grass-covered area (diam. 37.5m E-W; 36m N-S) defined by an earthen bank separated by a fosse from an outer bank (Wth of base 3.5m; Wth of top 1.3m; int. H 0.8m; ext. H 1.2m) that is only intact W-N. A farm lane occupies the site of the fosse and the outer bank E-S-W, and the monument is surrounded by a complete but collapsed and grass-covered field wall.
