Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Smithfield: In gently rolling pasture. Depicted as hachured circular enclosure (diam. c. 28m) on 1842 OS 6-inch map. Levelled; slight saucer-shaped depression remains (diam. c. 30m); interior slopes gently down to NE. One of two levelled, single-ramparted ringforts (CO032-086---) recorded by Bowman (1934, 586) on W. Mullane's land.
