Fairy fort in Slievedarragh, County Galway: a subcircular earthen ringfort about 31 metres north to south on a hillock in rolling grassland. Two banks and a fosse still mark much of the circuit, though the interior has been quarried at the north and another enclosure lies not far to the south-west. People may have lived there, farmed around it, or taken stone from it; the earth keeps the shape while the lives inside have thinned to rumour.

On the summit of a hillock in gently rolling grassland. Subcircular rath (N-S 31m), in fair condition, defined by two banks and an intervening fosse. The inner bank in present from W to NNW; elsewhere a scarp forms the enclosing element. The fosse and outer bank are extant from SE through S to NNW. The interior has been quarried out at N.
