Magic and mathematics collide inside this shallow ring, where human geometry meets divine proportion. The flat disc holds a complete chamber, a sacred vessel shaped for transformation rather than display. This is a working temple, a place where conscious thought and cosmic law align through simple form.
In pasture, on an E-facing slope. Circular area (diam. c. 20m) defined by a by scarped edge (Wth 3.3m; H 0.55m) with an external fosse (Wth 1m) and an external earthen bank (int. H 0.65m; ext. H 0.85m). The enclosing element is truncated by a field boundary SW->NE. There is a slight outer fosse (Wth 0.5m; D c. 0.15m) evident NE->NW. The interior rises up gently towards the centre and is under pasture with some limestone outcropping. The area immediately S of the enclosure is occupied by a cottage garden.
