Fairy fort in Rooves Beg: a 30.5m earthen ring, 3m high, with a shallow outside ditch and a southern entrance, sitting atop a hill in open pasture. It is the kind of place people have long refused to explain, as if the earth itself had drawn a circle and waited to be noticed.

In pasture, atop hill. Circular area (diam. 30.5m) defined by earthen bank (max. H 3m) with external fosse (D 0.7m). Entrance to S. Surrounding field fences removed.
