What is recorded here

Fairy forts hide in plain sight, wearing earthen rings instead of towers. Moneygurney kept one thirty-five metres wide, large enough to exclude every person it chose. The land swallowed the boundary, but exclusion is a living language. The circle stopped being visible, not being obeyed.
