Fairy fort / earthen ringfort

What is recorded here

Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Lissatotan (connello Lower By.) stands in Limerick pasture, a roughly circular earthen bank with a southern gap and stone-facing on the west. The earth rises higher where the ground falls away, shaping a small enclosed world rather than a grand fortress. Nettles still cover the interior slope, suggesting the place has kept its privacy long after human fields moved around it.
In pasture, on SW-facing slope. Roughly circular area (32m N-S; 31m E-W) enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 0.85m; ext. H 0.95m); stone-faced externally W->NE. A dry-stone field boundary (N-S axis) runs tangentially to bank at E. External bank height is greatest (max. H 1.5m) to SW compensating for sharp fall away in ground level. Gap (Wth 5.6m) in bank at S. Interior, covered with nettles, slopes down to W.
