Fairy fort in Legan, County Longford: a 30m earthen ring on an east-facing pasture slope, with a 0.7-1m scarp and shallow outer ditch. In 1976 Patrick F. O'Donovan suggested the entrance faced east. People may have lived there, herded there, or kept rituals away from the village; the ground still holds the shape of that choice.

On a gentle E-facing slope in pasture. A raised circular area (diam. c. 30m) defined by a scarp (H 0.7-1m) with an external fosse (Wth 2.2m; D 0.1-0.6m).
