What is recorded here
Situated on a low rise, on a NNW-facing slope, in pasture with good views to W, N, NE and W. Monument described in 1971 as a small subcircular-shaped area (dims. 29m N-S; 28m E-W) enclosed by a steep bank and external fosse. The bank is well preserved from ENE-E-S-W and is almost reduced to a scarp from W-NW-N. The slight remains of an external fosse are visible from ESE-S-W and is best preserved from S-W. The original entrance is not recognisable. The interior has a gentle SSE-facing slope. There is a deep field drain outside the bank to E.
