Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Kilcowran is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Kilcowran, County Tipperary, Ireland. It occupies a natural rise in undulating countryside and preserves a circular area about 35 metres across. An earth and stone bank 2.5 metres wide and 1.5 metres high encloses the area, while an external ditch marks the outside edge. A blocked gap faces east and a modern gap faces north, but dense vegetation still covers much of the site.

Situated on a natural rise of ground in undulating countryside. A heavily overgrown ringfort consisting of a circular area (diam. 35m approx.) enclosed by an earth and stone bank (Wth 2.5m; ext. H 1.5m) and external fosse with a blocked up entrance gap at E and a modern gap at N. Dense cover of vegetation made detailed examination of the site impossible. According to the landowner the site is known locally as the 'fort'. The above description is derived from 'The Archaeological Inventory of County Tipperary.
