Fairy fort in Glenbeg, County Cork: a circular earth and stone ring, twenty-three and a half metres across, with a gap to the west-southwest and an entrance to the south-east. It sits in pasture on a south-facing slope, simple enough to walk around and odd enough to stop you mid-stride. People may have lived there, marked territory there, or refused to explain it at all.

In pasture, on S-facing slope. Roughly circular area (23.5m E-W; 21m N-S) enclosed by earth and stone bank (H 1.5m). Gap in bank to WSW; entrance to SE.
