Garryduff holds a faded ringfort where rough pasture swallows the scarped edge and rushes smother the flat interior. The earthwork measures twenty-six by twenty-four metres, preserving a shallow external fosse and a slight central rise despite a drainage channel cutting through its eastern side. People may have lived inside that circular boundary before water and grass claimed the marker, yet the fort still resists forgetting beneath the wet field.

In rough poorly drained pasture. Depicted on the 1897 ed. OS 25-inch map as a subcircular-shaped earthwork. Surveyed by the ASI in 2008 and described as a slightly raised, circular-shaped area (26m N-S; 24m E-W) defined by a scarp (Wth 3.1m; H 0.55m) with shallow external fosse (Wth 6.4m; D 0.2m). A drainage channel running N-S truncates the scarp at E. The interior is level and covered in thick grass and rushes.
