What is recorded here

At the top of an E-facing rise in a deciduous wood. Circular area (diam. 36.5m E-W; 35m N-S) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 3.7-4m; int. H 0.25m; ext. H 0.9-1.1m) S-NNW and a scarp (H 0.7m) elsewhere, with an outer fosse (Wth of top 3.3m; D 0.2m) SW-NW. There is no identifiable original entrance. An arc (int. diam. c. 20m) of a stone spread (Wth 3.5-4m; H 0.05-0.15m) can be traced inside the bank W-N-E. Compiled by: Michael Moore Date of upload: 24 August 2010
