Twenty-nine metres of grass and rush mark a shallow drumlin slope where a forgotten hand drew a circle before roads or kingdoms. The earth rises only twenty centimetres, yet that small ridge still separates the field from memory. A second rath waits thirty-five metres south, suggesting neighbourhood rather than loneliness. People may have lived, hidden or played there; the land stopped answering questions but never stopped holding them.

Situated on the slight E-facing slope of a drumlin. This is a grass and rush-covered circular area (int. diam. 29m) defined by a slight earthen bank (Wth 2.5m; H 0.2m), with traces of an external fosse at N. The original entrance is not identified, and the rath (LE031-068----) is c. 35m to the SW. Archaeological testing (94E0051) c. 20m to the E on the line of the N4 failed to produce any related material (Opie 1994, 5, fig. 9; 1995).
