Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Dromore (carrigallen By., Garadice Ed) is an overgrown subcircular area marked by an earthen bank and external fosse, with a narrow northern entrance. It sits on a west-facing knoll between drumlins in County Leitrim, where a later road bank and silage pit have cut into the ancient shape. The preserved earthworks suggest a defended or ceremonial place that people shaped, used, and eventually abandoned before the landscape closed over it.

Situated on a knoll on a W-facing slope but in a low-lying landscape between drumlins. This is an overgrown subcircular area (int. dims 26.7m NE-SW; 21m NW-SE) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 3-4m; int. H 0.3-0.7m; ext. H 1.3m) SW-N-NE, and an external fosse (Wth of top 4m; Wth of base 2.5m; D 0.2m) which is visible N-E. The entrance (Wth 1.7m) is at N. There is a silage pit outside the bank at SW and the monument is slightly truncated by a NE-SW road bank at SE.
