Sub-circular area (int. dims. 29.5m E-W, 27.5m N-S) enclosed by two banks with intervening U-shaped fosse. Inner bank (Wth 7.5m, H 0.5m internally, 1.3m externally), fosse (Wth 4m) and outer bank (Wth 7.5m, H 1m internally, 0.5m externally). Entrance gap (Wth 5.4m) at ESE through inner bank with causeway (Wth 3m at top, 5m overall) across fosse.
