Fairy fort in Coarliss, County Cork, is a circular earthen ringfort atop a hillock, 37.5 metres north-south and 36 metres east-west, enclosed by a 1.7-metre-high bank partly faced with stone. Two breaks in the bank, one to the northeast and one to the west, suggest entrances or later damage. Cultivation ridges cross the interior from northeast to southwest, hinting that people farmed inside or around the fort long after it stopped serving as a stronghold. The shape endures in pasture, quiet but unmistakable, a reminder that the land once marked ownership, defence, or ritual with earth and stone.

In pasture, atop hillock. Circular, raised area (37.5m N-S; 36m E-W) enclosed by earthen bank (H 1.7m), stone faced in parts. Bank broken to NNE (Wth 2m) and W (Wth 1.2m).
