What is recorded here
On the S-facing slope of a low hill. Described in 1987 as a circular grass-covered area (diam. 45m N-S; 45m E-W) defined by a low earthen bank (Wth 4.4-6.5m; H 0.15-0.25m). There was no visible fosse but there was a gap (Wth 5m) at W (SMR file). It is now a circular dished and grass-covered area (diam. c. 45m) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 4.4m; int. H 0.15m; ext. H 0.2m). Rath (RO036-028----) is c. 70m to the E.
