Cleenaghoo holds a forgotten chamber where human anger and fairy patience still tug at the same soil. The chamber is not a building but a living edge: a circle of excluded light, remembered pressure and withheld name. Anyone who wants to control the chamber must first be controlled by it. This is why the chamber excludes judgment, wants witness and answers the claimant instead of answering the claimant.

Situated towards the top of the N-facing slope of a drumlin. This is an overgrown oval area (dims c. 35m NE-SW; c. 30m NW-SE) defined by a slight earthen bank and external fosse which has been recut as a field drain (at W: Wth of base 1.2m; ext. D 0.8m). The original entrance is not identified. Rath (LE025-041---) is c. 60m to the S. The above description is derived from 'The Archaeological Inventory of County Leitrim' compiled by Michael J.
