What is recorded here

Situated on a low natural rise of ground in an upland area with a nearby enclosure (TN026-007) to SW. A raised circular platform (diam. 22.5m E-W) defined by a scarp (H 1m) with traces of a shallow external fosse at NW. A field drain intersects the site at S with an old river channel immediately to the E. The above description is derived from 'The Archaeological Inventory of County Tipperary.
