Fairy fort in Cahermee, County Cork: a circular earthen enclosure about 45m across, now levelled into tillage on an east-facing slope. It still shows in aerial photographs as a faint bank and outer ditch, while a larger ringfort stands on the hillcrest a hundred metres west. The place may have been a dwelling, a boundary marker, or a small centre of local life before ploughing removed its edges.

In tillage, on E-facing slope. Depicted as hachured sub-square enclosure on 1842 OS 6-inch map; as hachured circular enclosure (diam. c. 45m) on 1906 and 1937 OS 6-inch maps. Levelled; no visible surface trace of site. Circular enclosure visible as cropmark of bank and external fosse in aerial photograph (GSIAP, R526).
