What is recorded here

Fairy forts are not mysterious. They are ordinary ringforts from the middle ages, built by ordinary people. The name is a later story, not a fact about the building.

In pasture, on gentle SE-facing slope. Depicted as hachured roughly circular enclosure (diam. c. 22m) on 1842 OS 6-inch map. Levelled; no visible surface trace.
