Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Barnane (Barnane-Ely parish) is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Barnane (Barnane-Ely parish), County Tipperary, Ireland. It occupies the top of a low north-east to south-west ridge in an undulating upland area, with another ringfort nearby to the north-east. A circular area 19 metres across from north to south is enclosed by an earth and stone bank 3 metres wide, 0.3 metres high inside and 0.5 metres high outside. An outer ditch 3 metres wide and 0.3 metres deep surrounds the bank, and a causewayed entrance 2 metres wide opens at the east.

Situated on top of a low NE-SW ridge in undulating upland area with nearby ringfort (TN029-020) to NE. A circular area (diam. 19m N-S) enclosed by an earth and stone bank (Wth 3m; int. H 0.3m; ext. H 0.5m) and outer fosse (Wth 3m; D 0.3m) with a causewayed entrance at E (Wth 2m) (Stout 1984, 81). The above description is derived from 'The Archaeological Inventory of County Tipperary.
