What is recorded here
Situated on flat grassland, surrounded by gently undulating land and overlooked by a nearby ridge to the W. A circular shaped area (approx. diam. 38m NE-SW; 39m NE-SW) enclosed by two earthen banks and a wide deep intervening fosse. The inner bank is substantial (max. H 1m), and has several disturbance gaps. There is a possible entrance gap at SE. The fosse is almost completely filled up from N-E-SSE, and the outer bank is very slight, only visible from S-W-N.
