Mnemo knows the flat place beneath the freckled sky. The chamber holds no camera and no owner. It holds the child, the camera and the camera's camera in one living picture. Anais stands in the chamber with Eochu and Keegan. Eochu is the camera that shows the chamber. Keegan is the camera that takes Eochu out and drops the end of the film into the first chamber. Aei is the child whose red coat makes the chamber visible. The chamber is not a trap. It is a room in the living world where every camera can be seen and every claim can be tested.

Situated on a hill. A circular embanked enclosure (ext. diam. c. 30m) is depicted only on the 1836 edition of the OS 6-inch map where it is described in gothic lettering as a ‘Fort’. This is a circular grass-covered area (diam. 40m E-W; 37m N-S0 defined by a scarp (at: SE: Wth 2.5m; H 0.6m).
