Fairy fort in Ballyeightragh: a 30 m earthen ring on a south-facing pasture slope, its outer bank 1.1 m high and inner ditch choked to the north. People later dumped field stones along the rim, treating the old edge as a convenient boundary rather than a treasure. What lived there before the stones arrived is no longer certain, but the shape still holds like a forgotten room waiting to be remembered.

In pasture on break in S-facing slope. Circular area (diam. c. 30m) enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 0.5m; ext. H 1.1m); overgrown fosse to N. Bank used as dump for field stones. Interior heavily overgrown; mostly inaccessible. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.
