Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Ardkeenagh (plunkett) is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Ardkeenagh (plunkett), County Roscommon, Ireland. It occupies the top of a south-facing slope as a subcircular grass-covered area measuring twenty-four and a half metres east-west and twenty metres north-south. An earthen bank two to three and a half metres wide surrounds the space, rising thirty to sixty centimetres internally and fifty centimetres externally. The monument joins another rath immediately west, though a north-south field bank now covers the junction and incorporates part of its perimeter.
Towards the top of a S-facing slope. Subcircular grass-covered area (dims 24.5m E-W; 20m N-S) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 2-3.5m; int. H 0.3-0.6m; ext. H 0.5m). There is no visible fosse or identifiable original entrance. It is conjoined with rath (RO028-028001-) immediately to the W, but the junction is overlain by a N-S field bank of field system (RO028-025001-) which incorporates the perimeter of this monument W-NE. Rath (RO028-029001-) is c. 90m to the SE.
