Excavated in advance of construction of the N9/N10 Kilcullen-Waterford Road (Excavation Licence number E2590, area 1). Three areas of burning and 8 pits of varying size were uncovered. A radiocarbon date of AD 1406-1521 was obtained from one of the pits.
