On level ground in gently undulating terrain, in pasture. There is a waterlogged natural depression c. 60m to the SW. There is an enclosure (TS068-134----) c. 80m to the S.
Monument identified as a subcircular cropmark (diam. c. 30m) on an aerial photograph (ASIAP (34) 28) but is not visible at ground level.
