At N end of Ballingarry town, bounded by public road to W, grounds of Catholic Church to N, convent (LI029-109---) to S; on S edge of break in S-facing slope. Oval platform (24.5m N-S; 34.5m E-W) enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 0.3m; ext. H 1.6m) NE->NW and defined by scarped edge (H 1.15m; Wth 7.4m) NW->NE. Bank, best preserved at ENE, has been incorporated into garden along its outer face where it borders convent (LI029-109---) WSW->NW. Interior, under pasture, slopes gentle down to N.
