What is recorded here
On a N-S ridge, situated just off the E slope, in moderate rolling grassland. There is a good view of the valley to the E. A much degraded irregular platform (max. dims. 65m N-S; c. 58m E-W to the road) bounded by a low, wide earthen bank (Wth 0.3m; H 0.3m) on the N, E and S. In the N sector a portion of degraded bank revealed a core of stones. The W quadrant has been truncated by a public road which runs roughly N-S. The interior slopes down to the E.
